How do officers submit a shift report?
From My Shifts, the officer confirms and starts the shift, fills the site report (patrols, checkpoints, incidents, handover, photos), then ends the shift. Reports stay saved while they’re being completed.
How is leave handled?
Officers request leave in Holidays. Admins or sub-admins approve or reject. Approved leave is flagged when you assign the rota, so that officer isn’t put on shift.
Can officers pick up open shifts?
Yes. Publish a public shift with open seats. Officers tap Book me on My Shifts; you accept or reject from Shifts/Rota.
How do you verify officers are actually on site?
Officers check in and out using GPS location, NFC tags, or QR codes at each checkpoint — so shift start, end, and every patrol are verified, not just self-reported.
Can we manage multiple sites?
Yes—rotas, reports, and client access are organised by site, with site-based shift planning.
Do you support different roles?
Yes—admin, officer, client, and sub-admin, each with a home menu aligned to their responsibilities. Clients are created with a site rather than signing up themselves.
